Nokia Lumia 520 Review

Superb Display

Lag-free performance

No Front Camera

Verdict:

Nokia Lumia 520 is a promising smartphone that has got a super-sensitive display screen running on Windows Phone 8 platform. The affordable pricing provides compelling evidence that having a powerful smartphone does not need the buyer to burn a hole in his/her pocket. With the great value for money the device offers, we surely expect it to give a tough competition to the other devices with Android Operating system in this range. "No front camera" is treated as negative but hardly anyone uses the front camera for video calling. Secondly the network connection available in India hardly supports video calling. So just refusing to buy this phone because of no front camera is a foolish act. This phone bags you with all the features which comes in expensive phones. Hence for a low budget person it is highly recommended phone with all the advance features you want.
Nokia has introduced a successor to Lumia 520 dubbed as Lumia 525, which features more RAM (1 GB) and newer software firmware (Lumia Black).
